Yes it is risky. the main reason is that you really really don't know if he is this nice cute brit guy or if hes some perv down the street. you just have to be careful my friend always tells me i'm in charge of my destiny so its my choice when i do stuff. so my advice is just be careful with it and don't like give him you address or anthing hope it works out if hes right for you.
