if you are using avast, double click on the symbol on system tray. click details. select web shield and click customize. then go to url blocking tab. , click on enable URL blocking checkbox and click add. then write the address(es) you want to block.

open firefox go into tools click internet options then block address type in the email address and block sorry this was for ie. so open firefox, click mail right side upper click options, this opens window go to block email put in address add block, job done sorry for the first one
