    FEBRUARY DURING LEAP YEAR

    February on leap year.

    One week is 7 days.

    There are 28 days in a normal February.

    If you count 7, Monday through Sunday. Thus, you need that one more day to come back to Monday, which makes 29.

    I'd say February on leap year as well, but I'm a little hesitant. It seems like too easy an answer.
