if you continue to shoot, and study photography some,

in 6 months that image will loose its appeal to you and you will see its flaws

well, it has some potential, however, the editing you did, couldn't fix the blur and out-of-focus areas in your shot. It's a nice subject, but the shooting was poor- you ( or whoever that is ) is out of focus, and that's never good when you take pictures. However, if you were using photoshop, you could have made it a little clearer, by sharpening it. But, it's a nice picture, the only bad part is that it's out of focus ( the subject of the picture ), and that's not nice to have in your pictures in any situation.

The picture shows a good looking young man. What are you trying to convey?

A picture should tell a story. Yours is just an over-edited snapshot. Whatever you've done to the original has not been very successful.

Well it depends....do you think it's nice? From a photography perspective, no, it's not very good. Definitely over-edited and blurry. But if you like it, that's all that matters.
