In the HQ mission, Secret Of The Fur, how do you get the jet pack fuel? I really need the answers.

oh i love that mission!
go in the HQ then in the other room in there where they have all the gadgets(the room you started in) and get the fan...put the fan in your inventory,,,go to the beacon(the top of the lighthouse) take the fan out of your inventory and click on the jet pack fuel container when the jet pack fuel approaches to you put the fan in your inventory then click on your spy phone click tools(on your spy phone) and then there is scissors a comb and a wrench click the scissors then click the string that attaches the balloon and the jet pack fuel and it should cut then put the scissors and the spy phone away and put the jet pack fuel in your inventory...
the rest is up to you
