Depends where you are.. If your in India. I'd say Google is the best.

I checked Yahoo and they are seriously outdated. I tracked my Office which was built at least five years back... and I only found a vacant plot of land (No Construction Activity either)... They don't even show Link Road beyond Malad in Mumbai City... the Link road was extended beyond malad to dahisar... its still being constructed according Yahoo maps...

I won't say google is perfect but its far better, I seen that they messed up some of the road names, at places they have named link road, Ambedkar road and vice versa...

I personally like using wikimapia.org which uses google.

I've tried relying on mapquest and i've ended up in some of the scariest places before. Turns out mapquest takes you through some of the longest routes before you get to your destination.

Since then, i've used Yahoo map and it hasn't failed me since.

(i'm not a google map user so i dont really have much input on that, good luck though!)
