Will i be denied entrance to Canada if...?

I recently got a DUI in Massachusetts. I had my first court date and they entered a plea of not guilty and set a pre-trial date for august 26th. I'm planing on going to Canada for the red sox games this weekend (22-24). Will I be able to get in to Canada with that pending DUI charge on my record? will they even be able to see it since I'm not convicted of anything yet?

Update:

I am not out on bail. Insce i co-operated fully at the station that night they only charged the $40 dollars to have the bondsman(?) come out to write up the personal recognizence paper.

Update 2:

Since i co-operated****

Are you on bail ? If so check and see if there is a restriction on leaving your home state ?

As far as Canada is concerned, no problem. I D at the border as per the state department rules.

Just stay out of trouble in Toronto. We do arrest visitors for drunkenness on the streets, no breaks for Americans here.

No they can't see it. They just check your passport at border control. Possibly run it to see if you are a fugitive. But an arrest without conviction (yet) doesn't make you one of Americas top criminals, haha. You won't have any problem. Just make sure it isn't against your bail agreement - that could get ugly if they find out.
