my sons white part of his eyes are a blue tint?

just wondering if anyone knows what this means? ever since he was born he has had a blue tint to the white part of his eyes. i plan on taking him to the eye doctor just wanted to get some opinions on here first. oh he is only a year old. thanks everyone in advance for the advice

    The blue color is the color of the muscle of the eye. That is why all babies eyes are blueish when they are born.

    My husband just asked me why my 10 week old eyes have a blue tint..hmm don't know but it is weird

    my 10 month old also has the blue tint to the whites of hie eyes and the family doctor and the ped both said the it's the sign that the baby is healthy.

    I am so glad you asked this- I noticed this today, with my 5 month old. I noticed it in the sides of the whites of his eyes- not the whole whites, just the sides- but I thought it was more of a gray. If you get your answer somewhere else, please e-mail me!!!!!!!!

    my brother has them too. They told my mom that they are like moles in his eyes.

    Would it be these related with Mongolian spots but instead of being in the skin are in his eyes??.....we are a mix of race...so might be that in our case...
