the album is 1039 smoothed out slappy hours, which was the first album they released, its a combination of the ep's 1000 hours, 39 smooth and slappy. there is no album with the name lookout, the only way your friend could have got that name is because that was the record companies name at the time.

It's 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours, Green Day's first full length album released by their old independent label, Lookout Records.

But, it is also possible that it comes from an LP that was released before the above album. There were 2 LPs (I think), both of which became 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours.

the album you're refering to is calles 1039/Smoothed out Slappy Hours.

made in 1989/1990 on Lookout! Records, it was the first full-length album green day released.

previously they made EP's such as 1000 Hours, Slappy, and 39smooth.

i have never heard of any EP's, LP's or Albums called Look Out #22.

i'll look into that and edit this if i find something.

    [edit] nothing's come up...how odd...

but those 19 songs are the origional 19 tracks played on 1039/sosh.

what a find you have! i would kill to have something that rare!
