Is it illegal to take traffic cones and move them from one location to another in ohio?
I just want to know if it is illegal in the state of ohio to take traffic cones of every size and move them from one location to another.

You must be an idiot! Of course it's illegal! They are property of the state highway department and they are set up for a reason! Potentially will cause an accident! Don't be stupid!

It is illegal. They are not your cones. They are the State of Ohio's. Those cones might be there for a reason, and if you move them....

there are actually traffic cones set up FOR NO REASON AT ALL on my route to work, would it be illegal to move them out of the way if there's no reason for them being there? couldn't find any michigan traffic cone laws.

it is illegal to mess around with the cones of course;if a worker was
killed or injured (say in a work zone) or anyone was hurt and you were
identified it's jail-time for you.
