what is the best cell phone provider and plan for me...?
i wont use it to talk that much, less than 400 minutes, but i want texting... t mobile doesnt get good service around here.. whats teh cheapest plan for me

I use Alltel U Pay Per Day. http://www.alltelu.com/plans/pay-per-day.php
Basically you pay 75 cents per day (around $22 a month) for 2 unlimited features (UNLIMITED Mobile-to-Mobile, UNLIMITED Favorite Number Calling, UNLIMITED Night & Weekend Minutes, or UNLIMITED Text Messaging). So along with unlimited texting, you could get either nights and weekends or favorite number calling (whichever you think would save you the most money). Additional calls outside your selected features are 10 cents per minute. For 25 cents more a day you can add an additional feature if you want 3 or even all 4 (but you can't have less than 2).

you should just get a prepaid phone from like at&t or verizon. but if you want a plan i suggest trying altel but its been bought out by verizon so next year you might need to switch to verizon
