having a DUI record affect you when taking out a loan for school or getting a job? ?
Is it a criminal record?The test was .10% alcholol. Is it only in the dmv records or sta records as well?

I got a DUI in the beginning of last year. Since then I have had no problems getting a job at all. However I don't even think the DMV knows about it because I got it out of state. Anyhow, it will not affect obtaining a loan or anything. Just don't apply for a job as a bus driver.
