basically you should start excersising. It seems so hard, and so painful, but no pain no gain. I used to have a pot belly, and one day I woke up, and said to myself, I am going to run everyday after school for half an hour, and lay off the sweets. Ever day I ran, came home, and when I had the urge to grab a chocolate bar or cookie, I pushed myself to grab the apple or pear instead. This worked fine, and a month later I saw a drastic reduction in my belly. I have been doing this for sometime and now I have a 6pack. You have to start somewhere, even tomorrow. Just start and be consistant, like everyday and it'll slowly go away. You'll never lose it in just a week or 2, unless you train extra hard like 2 hours of working out a day, which is really hard and can make you really tired
