Are you the ODD one in your group of friends?

Yes. I am considered very odd, even eccentric among other things, but not in my group of friends, for they are very much alike me. Outside of that group however, people feel awkward around me and may tell me so.

But since this has been so since the beginning of my life practically, it makes not one difference to me..the important thing which remains is that I know who I am, and I am proud of what that is. As for my friends' my "own", we all understand each other, and far from considering one another odd.

I suppose whatever seems different and not easily set into the "same" causes fear of some unknown source.
