Mad question=Is it true in USA?

When you go to McDonald and ordered a Pizza, they have to give you a pizza?Otherwise you are allowed to sue them or report to the customer service. It is a big joke during my economy class, and I would like to find out if the joke is real?

Customer is always right in a capitalist nation..Right?

    No. That is absolutely wrong.

No one is compelled to do anything except if it is so provided in law.

In order for McDonald's to be bound to give you pizza in case you asked, there would have to be a law commanding that "restaurants have to serve whatever customers ask for." Yet there's no such thing.

Capitalism goes together with freedom of initiative, which entails non-government interference in private businesses. Governments simply do not command restaurants to serve all kinds of food customers want. Rather, it is the market that will find customers needs and attend them, according to the specialization of different businesses. As a corollary, Pizza Hut is not legally bound to serve you a hamburger!
