Yes, I think thats very young. I would say to wait to have a boyfriend until your in highschool. Thats when I had my first boyfriend. Guys in middle school are very confused about what they want. THis doesnt necessarilly change in high school, but they seem to be me mature. Believe me you do not want a boyfriend now. Just have being a young girl with your other friends. High school goes by so fast and your going to regreat not hanging out with the girls.

i had my first boyfriend when i was 12 and in 6th grade.many people will say your to young but i don't think so.but usually when you have a boyfriend when your under 16 you don't do a lot.i mean how embarrassing would it be if your parents would have to drive you to your date.dating at that age is pretty much when two people say they like each other more than friends.but its good practice when you get older.so you can date if your ready at that age.
