How do I embedded Windows Media Player into a web page?

or how do I make Windows Media Player use an IP address or other URL for streaming by using a link.

    You just use an embed tag to specify the media.

    Personally, I would recommend using Adobe Flash instead of WMP -- its more universal and less resource intensive for your site visitors.
