Will it possible to buy an apple iphone(just the phone) without doing agreement plan with a carrier(At&T)?

Update:

The AT&T monthly fee for iphone is 69.99$ with a 2 year contract ...

I thought that getting the phone with a contract from another carrier and try to activate will be much cheaper ...

Update 2:

Is AT&T store are the only one who sells new iphones ?

yeah. you just buy the iphone any where like best buy, etc. and just take it to a phone retail store to unlock it they charge about 70-80 dollars to unlock the cell phone to use it with any carrier

From my understanding you it might be possible to send and receive calls but the data will only work on the AT&T network. The phone can be purchased at corporate owned AT&T stores, Apple stores, and Best Buy.

Unfortunatly noo. I in simple terms recently offered an iphone & even although i didnt get it by using att, they atomically placed me on an information plan! :( yet on the up area is, its not that high priced 25 dolars further on your time-honored invoice. SO earlier you get one i GARUNTEE you you won't be able to pass the help plan! they're going to upload one for you so evaluate that earlier you get one, desire i helped!
