send your computer to a service center, and pay them $69 and you'll be chatting for life.
They'll tap 15 seconds on the keyboard and call you 2 days later to tell you they're finished.

ha, that has happened to me before.
i went ahead and went to filehippo.com and got yahoo messenger that way.
