Finding lost release papers?

I am looking for my husbands army release papers and I don't know who to ask. Can anyone help me?

    If your husband is still living, he is the one who has to sign the form to get replacement records.

    Military Personnel Records

    St. Louis, Mo 63132

    I'm sorry, I don't recall what sort of request paperwork I had to fill out.

    Had a g/f of mine suggest looking at the VA adminstration office and if not there maybe they can tell you where to look. Sorry can't help much.

    Maybe your lawyer would be able to tell you what to do?
