How might I grow hair faster?

Is there anyways I can make my hair grow faster, by doing cetain things or something just wonderin.

    eating healthy

    theres a shampoo (its in the back of seventeen as an add for stronger, thicker, sexier hair in 2 weeks!) and u use it and i have never tried it but why not, right?

    then theres biotin, but that works different for others
