It's all in the mind actually. You're missing easy shots because just like you said, your confidence experience a little low key lately. If it helps, boast it with yourself. Face the mirror, talk to yourself and imagine how you would want things to be. Believe every word of praise you'd tell yourself.
But remember to boast on yourself only. Believe it and let that belief manifest itself first before you take out your pride to the world. It won't help at all if you start boasting in the crowd, it would only make them expect more and when you can't meet it, the more low you'd feel.
Let the crowd see your personal belief to manifest itself and they would do the praises for you.
Most importantly, ask God to strangten you. believe that He has blessed you already, that it is your gift. and surely, you will receive.
I am certain this would work. tested and proven.

I'm bleeding
I don't think I can go on
I'm dying
My last breath has come and gone
Pity the man
Searching in the sky
Looking for a sign from above
And he never caught a glimpse of
What he's worthy of
Don't sit and wait
For the world on a plate
It's not a stroke of luck or chance
Just draw a bead on that sucker
And drive
I'm falling
I don't know what's up or down
I'm spinning
I can't turn my life around
Pity the man
Waiting for a clue
Can't tell what to do with himself
Ends up as a fool who
Lives for someone else
Don't sit and cry
While the world passes by
Stop tagging after the other guy
Just get a line on that mother
And drive

You need to practice hard and do what you used to do before! You must tell yourself you are rusty and that is it. You need to work on your self confidence and your game will pick up. My son is a head coach of a high school team and this is what he tells his men. You can only defeat yourself. you are capable of doing great things or you wouldn't be here.
You obviously were a great player and 6 months isn't going to take that away...you just need to stop thinking negatively and KNOW you are capable of it and it will come back. When you find your "groove" you will feel it and it will be back...and it will happen all at once I bet.
Just tell yourself....you lost nothing......but time. You can get everything but time back...just work hard and consistency will be back.
You also have to realize your mind has not been on basketball...it has been on life and other things. Your mind has gone into hibernation...so to speak and it needs to wake up. When you concentrate more ....your moves will come back and your body will react to OLD timings and feelings. It won't let you down if you don't let your mind down.

Its normal to be a little rusty if youve been off court for sex months...just take it slow and practice and sooner or later you'll have it back! You are likely just over-thinking everything, calm down and relax and pretend you never stopped playing.

I think you are putting too much pressure on yourself. Your first goal should be to have fun.
