Can anybody find, anything for photoshop where you can edit pictures, make eyelashes look bigger etc - I have been looking, but I cant find nothing.

Take a look at GIMP the open source alternative. You can download GIMP for Windows from here http://www.gimp.org/windows/ Here also is a list of the Official GIMP Tutorials http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/

GIMP is very similar to Adobe Photoshop, and even better, its free:
I strongly recommend this program over any other freeware graphic software out there.
