1989 camaro wont crank need help????????????

i have an 89 camaro RS 2.8L V6, it has new starter, distributor, cap and rotor, plugs and plug wires, gas tank, sending unit, fuel pump, fuel filter and lines. it sat up for 8 years and i bought it back in april because it was my moms car before she died, and its sat in the woods since 2000. its turning over and getting fire, its got fuel pressure and the timing is right, it turns over and tries to start and blows out white smoke but it just wont start up.i cant think of what it could be. the gas is fresh and the fuel lines are new , it TRIES TO START!!

    White smoke indicates coolant is entering the combustion chamber. Pull the plugs, crank over and see what blows out the cylinders via the spark plug holes. If you can get the coolant cleared out, squirt some oil in each cylinder, crank over, replace plugs and try again. My guess is a head gasket went, or you have a crack from freezing.

    You seem to have replaced all the possible culprits, but the "white smoke" makes me think that you have either a cracked cylinder head or a leaking gasket that is letting enough water into the combustion chambers to kill any ignition.

    Try a compression test.

    the timing could be off. did you check it? on some chevys there,s a small bolck on the firewall with a big red wire going to it, it it,s bad you won,t have nithing.
