    1) WALL·E

    2) The Iron Giant

    3) Ratatouille

    4) Spirited Away

    5) Shrek

I'd say other good ones are Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, The Simpsons Movie, Southpark: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut, Over the Hedge, Brother Bear, Ice Age, and Antz.

The best are ones that take lots of time and thought.

Hm. I'm not an expert, and I'm not sure if any of these is better than the other, but: Over the Hedge (Very clever, reference-y funny), Wall-E (A wonderful, funny story that makes you think--and laugh--without being moralistic), Shrek (The third wasn't as good though. The first two are hilarious as well as good stories.), The Incredibles (just awesome. And really funny. Violet rocks.), and Flushed Away (features an awesome female heroine.)
