How do I send music to an email?

I have Media Player, ITunes and RealPlayer and many songs saved. I have emailed a song before, but forgot how to do it! So how do I send someone a SONG or even a song list? I want THEM to be able to save the songs to their computer.

Anyone know how to do this?

    Put the mp3 in a zip or rar archive and add it to the email as an attachment.

    Send the file as an attachment.
