I use Comodo Internet Security Premium. Malwarebytes free, Spybot S&D, Superantispyware free and sandboxie. I do have Emsioft Emergency Kit on a USB as a back up.

Personally I think you should get a good anti-virus (such as AVG or Avast), a firewall (such as Sunbelt Firewall, this is much easier to use than Comodo), a behavioural blocker (such as ThreatFire) and GesWall/DropMyRights/running under Limited User Account.

Use AVG Free edition. This software contains Anti-Virus,Anti-Spyware,Email scanner,Link Scanner,Resident Shield etc.

Avast and clamwin are a great combination, get ad-aware as well to deal with spyware.
