How can I get my sony lightsnake working?
I recently bought the sony lightsnake guitar to usb cable. I brought it home and none of my music programs will pick up on it. I have guitar pro and sound forge but neither picks it up. I am using windows vista, is this a problem? If so, is there a way to remedy this problem?
It says on the package that no additional drivers are necessary.

it maybe a problem with vista for there are many issue right now with that OS.
Your best bet right now is to try with the OS XP to determine if its OS issue.
Once that is establish than we can see if there is any conflicts.
Have you installed the drivers for the Sony?

Source(s): Well with Vista, they are have all sort of driver compatibilities. Try using XP and see if your have the same issue.
