are there any AMD motherboards that support DDR3?
i was looking for an AMD motherboard that supports DDR3 but i don't wanna spend like 350
like reasonably priced board.

at press time, AMD supports only DDR2. only intel has DDR3 for the time being.

There should be no motherboards out, $350 or otherwise, that support DDR3 memory. Unlike Intel's current CPUs, the memory controller isn't on the motherboard, but the CPU. This means AMD needs to release a new chip, or "re-spin" current ones if they want to support DDR3. They are expected to do this at some point, but probably not until 2009.
There is currently no reason to get DDR3 memory. DDR2 is really all you need. DDR2-800MHz is fast, and provides a nice overclock.
