How did I violate guidelines? Please read?

How does this violate guidelines.

Hello Joe P (metsfinatic)

I received notice that this was not an answer. I say yes and then explain why I said yes so if someone can tell me why I violated community guidelines. The violation was that I did not answer the question when in fact I did.

Question: Do you think it's a bad idea......?

Question Details: to take a mini vacation by yourself, say, for about 3 or 4 days--just to clear your head regarding issues in your marriage, and let your husband take care of the kids while you're away?

Deleted Answer: Yes, it sounds more like you want a mini vacation thus you are the problem. How about hiring a sitter for the weekend and both of you going away together to work on your marriage. What is one going to do clearing there minds while the other one is sattled with the kids. Your way of taking a vacation alone, I see right through you

Violation Reason:Not a Question or Answer

Ok... one this person asked the question, they expected certain answers...and the people who read (some of them) connected with the question. Simply put you're answer hit a "nail on the head". "The truth hurts"! You made someone feel like you were giving an answer that although it was good, was not what they wanted to hear. Like a child being told no, they cried! Boo hoo, I don't like your answer is what this person said. You can appeal this decision and someone will read the question again and probably get reinstated.

It really gets to me when people do that. I dnt c anything wrong with your answer. U know the other day someone just asked, "how do i change my password" iI answered asking what password they were asking about, and you wont believe what they did. They said i violated the guidelines and deleted my answer. I lost 12 points!

some people like to report abuse like my neighbor calling the police on us for us politely seeing our guests to the car after midnight. I am very careful of what I say too because the computer people has some BIG BROTHER attitude and nothing better to cry mommy to. They have a "I gotta go tell mom and daddy" attitude.

Whole matter looks vague to me. But not a reason to mention 'community guidelines.'
