Gastritis is usually burning in your throat that comes from acid reflux, ulcers develop after not treating gastritis.Take an antacid for your sour stomach.Stress can cause an upset stomach...which can lead to gastritis.Take care.

hi, whether this is gastric problems or ulcers you need to look at your diet first. If you have a lot of fat (especially saturated fat) or sugar in your diet it can cause a lot of gastric problems. I made a major lifestyle change myself after suffering from acid reflux for about 10 years. I actively reduced my sugar and fat intake and I haven't had to use an ant-acid more than a few times in the last 18 months. When I did need them it was because I had opted for a high fat or sugar meal! If you're no sure how to make dietary changes successfully, speak to your local GP who can refer you to a dietitian or nutritionist. I hope that helps - it worked for me.
