Can you set up an exercise pen on your side? That way he can be loose but relieve himself in only one area.

I'm assuming that you have talked to the neighbors. I'm also assuming that you clean up after the dog and this is not why they are complaining. That being said you may have to find a way to keep the dog on your side, even if that means leash training your dog or even taking it to the dog park instead of the yard.

Hi, Yes you can train him Its never too late, however it might take a bit longer with an older dog. Put his lead on him indoors and encourage him to follow you with a treat. Be patient and do this until he's happy about it then venture outside. You'll soon be walking out to the park etc and you'll be amazed how much you both will enjoy it!!

put him on a leash in the house at first sit on the floor in front of him and coax him with treats and toys (make sure your holding the leash) Once he moves even if a slight movement use lots of praise keep doing this as many times as you can he will get used to it it will just take a bit of time.......
Good luck

Put him on a leash and get him used to it! He's a toy breed for goodness sake, they weigh like 2 ounces, how hard can it be to leash train him? LOL.
EDIT: Get him a harness. You are way stronger than him.

While it is rather late, it's not TOO late to leash train him. Dog training is not only to have an obedient pet or to please the neighbors, but it's primarily for the dog's safety. Get a collar, a leash, and be patient.

you're 15? by using regulation you at the instant are not even sufficiently previous to get a tattoo and in all possibility shouldn't make this way of harsh determination till you're sufficiently previous, you ought to get the guy giving the tattoo into ALOT of worry in case you have been found out. Plus Tattoos could be something you're able to remorseful approximately once you become previous. whether once you do become previous i do no longer see why you mustn't have a tatt of something you quite love, like your dogs! A tattoo is a form of expression purely based on the guy with whom is wearing the tattoo. save it in recommendations for the destiny yet I advise you wait till you opt for what you opt for to do which comprise your life. in many professions they are critically frowned upon.
