USSD Callback is a service that allows user to send a "call me" request at no charge, via USSD protocol (that is the means used by the operator). For example, you ran out of credit and you want somebody to call you, the other person will pay the call. I hope this clarifies http://www.leibict.com/english/products/technologi...

Hold up people. Yes, in most cases a callback means that the director liked what he or she saw in your initial audition and would like to see more in order to see what role you may fit in the show. It also usually means that if you did not get a callback, thank you for coming but you will not be cast this time. Now, NOT getting a call back does not always mean that you will not be in the show. It means that they have seen all they need to see from you at that initial audition in order to either cast you or not cast you. You may still get a call, but if you do it will likely be for ensemble at this point but no one can say for sure. I wouldn't hold my breath, so go forward and on to the next but you never know! They may have only heald callbacks for lead roles. my two cents

A callback is like stage 2 of the audition process. It means they want to see you again with a smaller group of people to determine if you're right for this part or that part. It is possible (though unlikely) to still get in the show even if you weren't called back. Sometimes they just don't need to see you again.
