There are too many variables here. You have to do some trouble shooting. If you already reinstalled windows, then it may be a hardware problem, such as memory, or BIOS. The hard drive could be failing as well. Depending on your skill level, you may want a tech to take a look at it. Not what you wanted to hear, I know, but with the limited info. you've given, and the endless possibilities that could be causing this problem, that is probably the best solution.

You need to go back in and use a program on cdrive that will reformat again. You have a virus or spyware on your hard drive and it is trying to take control of the computer. If this continues, I hate to be the one to tell you this, you may have to put in a new hard drive. Something is wrong, and if it booted up normally for a couple of times and then crashed again, it is a virus on the hard drive. If you still have the install disk that came with your hard drive, you might try to run it. I have had to use a program to reformat that I actually had to run 6 times to get the hard drive completely cleaned up.... Good luck.

i'm no expert but it could be a virus...or you could need a memory upgrade. or maybe when you turn on your computer you have a bunch of programs automatically load (like kodak easy share slows it way down) ... you can change your settings to only run this software when you prompt it to, instead of start up. hope this helps.
