Type "publish book" in the search bar. This question gets asked and answered 15 times a day. You will find some really thought out, insightful answers if you just put forth a tiny bit of effort to look for them.

There are tons of books in the library and bookstore about how to get a book published. There's really too much to it to leave as an answer here.
A quick summary: spend lots of time editing and revising your book until it's the best it can be. Then start researching literary agents. Once you have a list of agents who represent books like yours, start querying them. Be sure to follow their submission instructions!
But I think your first step should be to learn that most people refer to a "fiction book" as a "novel."
