Why did Obama use the stadium for his bash McCain speech?
Was it because his ego would not fit into the huge room where the DNC is convening?

Easier access to his Bronco boyfriend after the speech?

No. The reason was very simple. Despite the whining of the right wing, Obama has tremendous public support. It's simply that so many people want to see this historic event.
I do understand why the racists are whining about the use of the stadium. Jealousy, of course. They--or McCain--could never hope to attract taht kind of crowd.

He did not bash McCain, just McCain's idea---big difference. Considering the tickets to fill that stadium were gone an hour after they were offered proves he picked the right place to give his acceptance speech. A lot of people wanted to be a witness to history.

He did it because he could. McCain is struggling to get 10,000. Kennedy did a stadium too. Go O. Let them get green with envy.

No, it was because he wanted to invite the American people to watch his speech, not just DNC delegates.
