Ferry between Tallinn and Helsinki?

Going to Tallinn in January, do any ferries operate between the two cities if/when the sea freezes over??

Yes, regular boats still operate; just not the speed boats (which are really the best way to get there). The speed boats take 1 1/2 hours, the regular boats take four hours.

If the sea freezes over, ferries will not operate.

    Dearest Timmy

Try this excellent link to the ferry operator themselves.

The timetable is there for you to browse upon and wonder at.

The Finnish Koskenkorva Vodka is pretty good. I'd go with that one.
