LEG CRAMPS BELOW THE KNEE?

I have diabetes and get severe cramps in the legs & feet below the knees. Is there a cure for that and if so, what are the remedies?

I've tried quine pills & water, but to no avail.

    Is it when you are walking or resting? Give up smoking if you smoke, adopt a healthy diet if you dont already have one and see your doctor!
