Not really, as you would have to remove ALL things Yahoo via an account deletion

The only way to delete your Y!A account is to delete your Yahoo account (email, etc)
You can however set up your profile to make your Q&A private, and to not allow email & IM. You can delete any open questions & answers, but all resolved questions & answers are the property of Y!A. Then you just stop coming here.

DELETE YOUR QUESTION AND ANSWERS ACCOUNT.
Unfortunately you can’t delete your Q&A account even if you delete your yahoo account your Q&A will stay in yahoo archive available for searching and browsing. but you can make it virtually invisible with the following steps.
* Blank out your avatar to the grey silhouette.
* Change your nickname or just leave it blank.
* Close any links to your 360, and email.
* Delete your open questions and answers.
* Set your Network and Q&A to private.
* Delete your contacts and fans.
Then just leave it. After you've applied the alterations no search will find your Q&A,s.

You can't delete it, only alter it. Go to your profile page, click edit my profile and see what you can do.

No. Y!A can delete your account, if you keep receving violation notices. If you keep violating Community Guidelines, then Y!A will have to get rid of your account and suspend you. See the Community Guidelines here: http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines
