anyone have the basic suspension setting for the CRF 150R???

if any one has the race sag measurement that would be most helpful

Update:

the book was in the tool bag in the truck that was stolen.....for the life of me could not recall the spec. unlike 99% of the questions asked in here I went here after trying to find it elsewhere

    25 to 30mm for static sag and 80mm for race sag.

    Well if that doesn't work you can adjust it between 65mm to 80mm but much of the settings also depends upon how she is riding it but from memory the 80mm is the basic setting.
