do something creative that relates to people your age. It will make your paper stand out in a good way and teachers will give better grades if they are in a better mood. Sample topics:

How to go on a date
How not to ask a guy out

How to annoy your teacher
How not to annoy your teacher
How to write a last minute essay and get away w/ it.
How to text in class w/o getting caught.

To make it more exciting for yourself, pick something you enjoy. Are you a Starbucks devotee? Write about how a Starbucks got to be on every corner. Have you always wanted to sky dive? Explain the preparation you need to go through to get to the point of jumping. Good luck!
