sour candy and it's effects???
I just ate 11 sour warheads at one time.
It tasted awful so I spit them all out. Anyways I was doing research afterwards and it said sour candy is erosive to teeth....right after I ate the candy I brushes my teeth like 5 times but I am still concerned
about the effects it will have on my teeth. What else should I do to avoid damaging them and to stop anymore damage from occuring... And trust me I will not to that again.

ahahah
you chickened out
it wont damage the enemel on your teeth a whole lot
its just the acidity
and things like pineapple
oranges
tomatoes
etc
all have the same kind of acidity levels
only one is manufactured
and the other one is natural
i think brushing them too much would do more damage to your teeth enamel.

Well, I'm glad you won't do it again, but I doubt that those few minutes ate away at your teeth. I think they refer to those that eat it regularly. Just do the norm, not too much acid, not too much sugar, and you should be fine.
