Here's what you do. Buy cedar chips and two mesh bags, small enough to fit into each glove. Fill each bag with cedar chips. When you're done working out put one bag into each glove (if you can hang your gloves when they are drying). The cedar has a good smell and removes moisture from the glove. Reload the mesh bags with fresh cedar chips when you feel it's necessary. Wash the mesh bags periodically. With the gloves you have currently it might be too late to get the smell out. But as long as the foam and leather are still good you can continue to use them just alternate with another pair of gloves and they won't stink as much.

all the previous answerers have said wear handwraps yes thats ok but there made of fabric and start to stink as well
buy a pack of surgical latex gloves, then wear them and put handwraps over, when you remove the boxing gloves-hey presto--clean,sweat free, stink free boxing gloves, and all the moisture and sweat contained in the latex one which will be yellowed with sweat when you take them off.
also use talc inside the rubber latex glove for better absorbency.
one thing is a lot of sweat contains 70percent bacteria, make sure you destroy the latex gloves by
incinerating or flushing them down the john.

after using them let them sit near a fan or in the sun. also apply some alcohol hand sanitizer to them. as for hand wraps if you don't wash them after you use them the smell gets stuck in them and will become perminate

Always use hand wraps and never put your nose in them. Use one set for sparring and another set for fighting.

Use baking soda and let them air out after training, at least that's what my trainer told me to do.
