I have windows vista and my computer will not give me any updates or any thing else with out internet explorer
And I already have mozilla firefox but like I Sade I need internet explorer 7 does some one have a web link wear I can download internet explorer 7 for windows vista

Vista comes with IE7, and it cannot be removed. If you have Vista, you have IE7 (unless you have upgraded to an IE8 beta).

i'm rather confident in view which you upgraded it to IE 8 (by using abode windows replace i assume) you may actually roll it back. in basic terms bypass to function/do away with classes and decide the IE 8 replace and uninstall it.
