There will be another Kingdom Hearts game, but it won't be called Kingdom Hearts 3. We don't know much about it, but judging by the secret ending to Kingdom Hearts II, it looks like it won't have much, if anything, to do with the first two games.
We don't know when it will be available. Square Enix has barely even started working on it yet, though, and we know it will take them at least 2-3 years to make it, so it won't be out for a very long time. I'd say towards the end of the generation (2011-2012), but that's just a guess, really.

Umm I dont know for sure but like ziggy said it probably wont be for another 2-3 years and most likely for the ps3
