need help with playstation 3 ?

it was working fine now when a disk owatever is put into it it doesnt do anything , and i mean nothing .. it has the main screen and all the icons but doesnt do nothing

    Have you called customer support yet. Is your disk dirty? Have you tried another game or a DVD?

    Call the customer support thats what they are there for
