no it's perfectly acceptable to ask a guy out....guys love it! Just ask them if they want to "hang out sometime" or if they like to do something specific, just be like, "yeah we should go there sometime..." Then just call them about it and be like, "hey do you still want to hang out?" Just make the suggestion and then follow up with it! Best of luck!
