I'm 55 and my mum is no longer with us. I have no shame in admitting I think of her often, miss her like crazy and today, will raise a glass to her and have a good old cry. Happy day to all of you who still have your mum, give her a great big hug and kiss as I can tell you, the chance to do that is one I would give anything for. What's best about Aussie mums Phil? They taught us Waltzing Matilda and made us our 1st Vegemite sanger while keeping us safe and warm with home cooking and white sheets on the line and school lunches and all that stuff mums are really good at--loving us kids. You know, we March for our Diggers, I reckon we should March for our mums too !

I would reckon that Jim Stynes will be in the AFL hall of fame sooner or later. I would expect that he is considered the best ever from Ireland, regardless if he makes the HOF or not.

Jm Stynes because as well as what people here have said he also played 240 odd games (give or take) in a row.
