Going from right to left, in the second bubble I see お前 (omae, a very derogatory and masculine way of saying "you"). He also ends his lines with な (na), which is a very masculine version of ね (ne, "you know?" or a cutesy way of ending a sentence).

The second person starts with バカ (baka, "idiot"). He also says これますう (koremasuu, which is - I think - a cutesy way of saying "Is it this?").

Suicidal lover - ??????????? ?????? (goobitel'naya liubov'). Sorry, that's too literal expression^^ ...with regard to the 1st word...i think of that ????? ?????? may be the main suitable translation^^
