I believe it means that there are different opportunities based on what the world needs, and how the world operates at that time.

The Tide of Opportunity is here and now, we can take advantage of that

by voting the McCain/Palin ticket...........they are committed to taking this great Country in a different direction....which will benefit ea. and every one of us. They are both proven and tested agents of integrity

and honor and dignity,and class. McCain has over the years often

crossed party lines for the common good...he is against corruption and pork which = dishonesty.................Palin, wiped out an entire board and for lack of a better word blew the whistle on her own party

who were stealing, fair to say she isn't very popular among many in her own party in Alaska..she stopped the gravy $$ train dead in its tracks, she reached across the table and elected Democrats into her Administration.... WHY because these Democrats were good hard working people worthy of the office they hold because they like John McCain and Sarah Palin didn't just take an oath, they live the oath..big difference...........The stage is being set for honor, decency,pride

economic strength regained for a better life for our families,better schools, better health care, all this can and will be achieved by a Man

who thinks of others first and self last..proof because of his family standings in the Military, [this doesn't make it right,but it is what it is]

John McCain did not have to suffer 51/2 yrs of torture, he will tell you himself, i am no martyr i refused i made a vow to stay with my men

no fan fare..plain honest simple down to earth answer...i want that

we know more or at least as much about the economy, here's a woman who single handedly put a jet on e-bay that the prior Administartion had squandered tax payers money on, Sarah decided

boys and there toys, i don't think so....that $$$$ went right back to every Alakain....thats ''EVOLUTION, CHANGE,OPPORTUNITY..POSITIVE DIRECTION ''

It's saying that based on certain calculations, such as decisions by large numbers of humans that dictate the direction toward which the human race is going, there are different opportunities for different outcomes.

In other words, depending on some factors, there could be multiple outcomes for the same phenomenon.

Society needs different things at different times. Sometimes we need to be rescued from economic despair; a political figure will rise based on that need to solve that problem (Think FDR.) It can apply in your life as well; it has to do with what you need being the thing you find based on where you are and how developed or mature you are.

I think it means that sometimes opportunity makes you choose depending on your needs and stage in life.

It means your opportunity to do things change because the world changes.

Basically in simpler terms it means that society adapts to the needs of the times.

It means best time to go fishing is right around high tide.

depending on how you live your life and how hard you work depends on the oppertunitys you get, some times its bad sometimes its good
